Aim of these guys is to trade away upper-tier players for upgrades at multiple positions, I like being well-rounded more than top-heavy. Would need to get good value for the elite guys to trade them.

Will trade one of my SS, both A potential and it is a bit of a waste having two good players at one position.

Have been playing a power-running game between the tackles this year, which Turner is great for (very rarely fumbles, always falls forward in the tackle unless he's broken it).
Depending on what trade possibilities are there, might move away from this gameplan.

Any of my WR's could be available too.

No thanks man, not trading Hernandez, too important to me.
Plus Winfield too short for my liking at CB, and pretty old.

No problem, His hit doesn't suit me, mainly use him as a speedy outside blitzer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,514 ✭✭✭BigBadRob83

Have updated trade block to include a few other guys I'd be willing to trade.

    ON THE BLOCK
RB Michael Turner 93, A pot
    LG Steve Hutchinson 92, A
    WR Jeremy Maclin 92, A
    MLB Karlos Dansby 91, A
    RE Will Smith 87, A
    ROLB Chad Greenway 87, A
    SS Pat Chung 84, A
    RG Leonard Davis 83, A
    WR Pierre Garcon 82, A
    LOLB Julian Peterson 81, B
    SS Jaiquawn Jarrett 79, A
    HB Johnny White 78, A
    WR Vincent Brown 76, B

All draft picks also available. Should be around the 20th pick

    Interested in:
    RB
    CB
    FS
    Interior O-Line

Elite guys - would need an upgrade at a preferred position and a serviceable replacement.

What would you want for Dansby?

Not sure I see anything that would work for trade, only guys I really like are:
RB Charles - doubt you'd do it and won't do anything unless trade away Turner
CB Joseph - not sure if I can see a deal around him that would work for me
    RT Bryan Bulaga

Main problem is finding a replacement MLB, don't fancy Hawthorne (again) or McClain

If you think of a proposal that might work, let me know

Well lets see what happens with progressions and if we can make a deal that makes sense then?

Draft picks are an option as well of course.

Could do Greenway for FS Dawson and ROLB Levy

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Just putting some feelers out here Rob, but I'd like to stregthen MLB, ROLB and LOLB in this off-season and you have 3 players on your block that have taken my eye (Dansby, Greenway and to a lesser extent, Peterson).

Is there anyone on my roster that takes your fancy or that you'd be interested in talking about?

    Cheers.

Would be interested in your CB Franklin, would swap him for LOLB Peterson. Not sure if I see enough on your trade block/roster to match up the other two LB's

Ah well, though that might work seeing as you have depth at FS.
Can't see anything else that would work for me

Trade block update, after some other moves made

    ON THE BLOCK
HB Michael Turner 93, A (no replacement needed in trade) - great for power-running, between the tackles

HB Javon Ringer 76, B - very good change-of-pace back

    LG Steve Hutchinson 92, A - run block 92
    RG Leonard Davis 83, A - run block 95
    RG Mackenzy Bernadeau 78, B - run block 86

    WR Pierre Garcon 82, A

RE Will Smith 87, A (no replacement needed in trade)

    LOLB Julian Peterson 81, B

SS Pat Chung 84, A - will only trade one of him and Jarrett
    SS Jaiquawn Jarrett 79, A

(2nd round pick gone to Raiders)

    Want (in order):
    FS - starter wanted
    CB - 2nd or 3rd corner
    1st round draft pick
    Upgrade at any position really

For my starters - would want an upgrade at position requested and playable replacement
For my backups - Upgrade at another backup position, or draft pick

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,040 ✭✭✭McG

Might be interested in LG Steve Hutchinson after progression/retirements.

I have your second pick (via Raiders) so you could get that back in addition to either Colts picks or players.

    RG Mackenzy Bernadeau 78, B - run block 86

Rob would be interested in Bernadeau.. but not sure what exactly i could offer.

I'd be happy to give CB O'Neal for him

Would take CB Rodgers-Cromartie and LG Rackley for him. Would add in one of my CB's (beside Sean Smith obviosuly) to even it up

We can look at it after progressions but I'm very unlikely to ditch either of my top 2 corners and one of my best young guys for a player that old, especially if we think there's a chance of getting another 2 seasons in before Madden 13.

No worries man, that's roughly what I would want for Big Hutch, not much else on Colts roster that fits my needs. Absolutely love running behind him. Later

None of them would be enough for either Hutchinson or Vickers, especially as your pick is too low.
Would do Hutchinson for your LG Rackley and a swap of either your FS Moore for one of my FS or a swap of Rodgers-Cromartie for one of my CB's (besides Sean Smith)

Just looked at the key stats using your spread sheet and I don't think there's as big a difference between Rackley and Hutchinson as the OVR shows so I'll stick with what I've got there.

I'm happy with my team as it is, just testing the waters in case there was anything you could use from what I've already decided is expendable.

Damn, hoisted by my own petard!
Big difference is in Awareness 97>48, as long as you don't mind having a caveman for a LG :D

Thanks dude, but your FS bunch all worse than my backup Clark. Getting a starting FS from Bears. Had a look through your roster, can't see a good trade match for Bullock. Any of your guys I'm interested are way too highly rated for me to trade for.

Rob - Osi for Sims and Smith?

Hmmmmm, fair enough offer Heli but can't bring myself to do it.
Would've considered it if you had a half-decent backup DT to balance it out.
Osi's stats aren't a big enough upgrade from Smith for me to pull the trigger.
