Search and recovery volunteering, Mayo area?

    Hi,

    I've heard that search and recovery units are looking for volunteers and will train volunteers. I think I'd like to get involved in this. Does anyone know much about this or have any contact details. I'm going to keep an eye out in the local bulleten boards

    Also I'm a one star diver and I've boat handling qualification but I don't have any equipment, I'm not sure if they are looking for people with their own equipment?
