Could anyone recommend a good online shop or shop in Dublin where you can buy paleo ingredients. Went to Blanchardstown last week and they had no coconut/almond flour, no coconut milk left and a few other things like coconut flakes.

Also I have been eating gluten free, low carb and paleo style eating, I feel my skin has gone really bad, small red lumps and bumps on it, also feel hormones are all over the place, like having my period mid cycle, nauseous in the morning and night (although this has now passed)

Are these side effects of going paleo??
