    Texans Trade Block

    On the block:

    - Steve Smith WR (86) Pot A
    - Brian Hartline WR (84) Pot B Gone to Washington
    - Amobi Okoye DT (77) Pot B Gone to Detroit

I'm in the market for O-Line players, especially RG, RT and C.A FS is also required. If you have any other players you wish to offer, go ahead, I'll consider any trade.

    I'm also willing to trade:

    - Jay Cutler QB (87) Pot A Gone to Buffallo

in return for a good O-Line player + a capable QB

This is almost my favorite part of the season :D Lets be having ya!

What about Gilbert RT 77 for the DT, straight swap. He is B potential aswell. So straight swap.

Would be reluctant to trade away smith for him tbh. Any interest in Brian Hartline?

You're breaking up the two Steve Smiths

    What a shame :(

I just completed a trade for an Rt, but I like the look of this guy so we'll call that a deal Nerd!

And Mike, I seem to be sorting out a few of my problems so they might stay together yet :)

    Texans

I see you're looking for a mobile QB and are looking at Terrelle Pryor and Tyrod Taylor

Joe Webb is better then either of these, is very mobile and is certainly available for a reasonable price

I had Taylor on my team before but cut him to upgrade to Webb

    All offers considered

Well spotted Mike, your man Webb was certainly on my shortlist. Anything on my roster you would like for him?

    You only have four CB's

Would Chuckie Murray be available? I doubt it but I'll ask

I can sweeten the deal with another player if you like someone plus Webb
Edit, I can add Davon Dyer. Has good size Height: 6’1” Weight: 208 lbs 70 Overall

That's a two for one deal

I would be reluctant to get rid of Murray to be honest, he was a very good player for me. Give me a while to consider the offer. Feel free to suggest anything else.

I'd be more willing to part with Justice, he is 76 overall, pretty tall, and the same potential as Murray. Any interest in him?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,395 ✭✭✭✭mikemac1

Ok, we'll leave that aside for the moment

    I've another offer

I can offer you Beatty LT but can also play RT
    Height: 6’6” Weight: 307 lbs
    80 Overall
    Strength: 80
    Acceleration: 82
And he is young at twenty seven

    In return
    Any chance of Delone Carter
You are deep at HB and Carter didn't take a single snap all year. Hardly suprising being behind AP

Your OP mentions you want a tackle, I'm offering a tackle who has a higher rating and is younger then Jonathan Scott
And all I want in return is a HB you don't use

    Deal?

    Justice for Webb and Dyer?

I'd pull the trigger on that

Seems you've already solved your tackle problem

    Oh well

edit, and you've answered this below

Jesus I totally missed this. Not sure about this, I have already signed two right tackles this offseason and dont really need another. I am willing to let Carter go though, just realised he is A potential so he should improve well. The only position I need players in in FS and C, and i see you cant help me there.

Some excellent work Pudsy as McG said Polamalu is going to force the AFC South (and everyone else you play to keep their passes a whole lot more accurate)
Also presume Rice isnt a WB :pac: but a good addition.
If Gilbert and McKenie and the rest of your o-line protect Orton then you'll be back in contention and the AFC South will become a 3 horse race again.

Do you guys want Abram Elam FS? I'd trade him for Sherrod Martin and Stephens-Howling.

Deal. So now there are 4 defensive players retained as starters from last year for the Raiders.

I've brought in 8 new players, let nine go, but the only position I've downgraded in any way is QB. You'll see a different Texans team next year

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,395 ✭✭✭✭mikemac1

    Texans

I'm dropping Dyer and the speedy Joe Webb into xbox live FA now
Can you do the same with the man with the coolest name in the league, Prince Justice :cool::cool:
Baltimore D is known for the swagger

No rush, I'll check back tonight and over the next few days

The deal is confirmed so these players can't be swiped

Any interest in trading FBs? Polite for Castille plus a combination from below to make up for the difference

    Steve Gregory - 77 - SS - B
    Winston Justice - 73 - RT - B
    Nick Cole - 74 - C - C
    Nate Livings - 79 - LG - B
    Colts 1st Round Pick
    Colts 2nd Round Pick
    Bengals 2nd Round Pick
    Colts 3rd Round Pick

if there's anything there of interest to you, put together a proposal. if not, no worries.

Anything on my block that would tempt you to part with your first-round pick?

I notice you don't have a great starting TE...How would you feel about my rookie TE Fletcher for your FS Elam? Fletcher is 83 and A pot.
