What should I weigh

    Any help please,been on a diet for two months and doing some exercise for about three months.When I started I weighed about 15 stone I'm now down to 13 stone.I'm male 41 and about 6'2 what is a healthy weight for me as I don't want to lose to much.

    if you were to use a basic BMI, you'd have to go below 11 stone before having to worry about being underweight.

    That's great progress. If you go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm you'll get BMI 23.4. Normal range is 18.5–24.9.
    But you should be able to better judge it by how you look, as scale doesn't tell the whole truth.

    Well, that really depends on his build, amount of muscle and fat%. BMI is more of a guideline. Going as low as 11 stone might not be healthy.
