    Hi all,

Any advice / experience, I would really appreciate it,

I had a section to give birth to my beautiful daughter 4 weeks ago.
I really REALLY, want to get back jogging, it is going to be extremely slow and easy, and not until after my 6 week check up, but has ANYONE got any experience or advice in this area... hate when people say oh take it easy for now.. but I dont feel myself if Im not doing some form of excercise... jogging is my love, but unfortunatley not for them moment

would really appreciate any advice anyone has....

    thank xxx

I'm afraid this is really medical advice. Which is against the rules, you're just going to have to go along with the advice of your Dr on this one.
