Quick question I really like Cully and Sully products....

The nutritional contents of their chicken and veg soup are

    Per 100 g
    Energy KJ 254 / 60 kcal
    Protein 2.2g
    Fat 3.9g
    of which Saturates 2.5g
    Carbohydrate 3.9g
    of which Sugar 1.9g
    Sodium 0.31g
    Equivalent as Salt .77g
    Fibre 0.8g

I'm wondering if someone could give me guidance of how "healthy" this is?!

    Would be much appreciated.

I really like them too, they're great when you can't cook at home and are looking for a stop-gap.

The ingredients are more telling than the nutritional values in my opinion, it's pretty much veg, meat and some (probably not real) stock.

I think the nutritional values look ok too

I always find Cully and Sully products excessively salty. And I'm not shy about adding salt to my cooking, so that really is saying something.

Ah so you've taken to following me around threads now.

One of your assumptions is incorrect.

Perhaps the liveline thread is a more appropriate place for you to post.
