i've had lower back pain for a while. my doctor has said it very probably a couple of vertebrae out of place at the base of my spine but i cant afford the physio treatment. anyone know some stuff i could do at home? thanks

Because we dont know whats wrong with your back (even your doctor says 'probably') I dont think it would be wise for anyone here to offer you exercises which could possibly make the situation worse. Sorry.
