Groupon dental implant offer

    Has anyone seen the Groupon offer currently on for Dental Implant & titanium abutment for €1395. Offer is with <snip> in Ballsbridge. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of them and if they would be recommended.
    I need an implant on my front tooth which broke as a child, was crowned about 6 yrs ago but the tooth broke in the crown so now no tooth below the gumline now.
    Have a temp crown fitted and have been quoted €2400 for implant including the denture I will need betweeen having the implant fitted the final fitting of the crown ( as a front tooth).
    Groupon offer includes a teeth whitening and a scale and polish.

    Would welcome any feedback.

    Your quote of e2400 was a good price... e1400 is is just way too low....

    If someone offered you an iPad for e100, would you smell a rat??!!

    Some thing are just not worth taking risks. Who is doing this 700 euro implant ( group on keep 50%) itsT no specialist. What lab is making the tooth ? What implant is it?

    Far too cheap, corners will be cut. I cannot find any information on who the dentist is?

    Op look elsewhere

    I think this offer was for vetinary dentistry. Have you any dogs or horses ?

    On their home page they claim to be in Ballsbridge, the address says Sandymount but they're actually on Bath Avenue which is techncailly in the townload of Beggars Bush but today would be considered part of Irishtown.

    They have a long price list, click on 'Pricing'.....

    It doesn't matter where they are, what matters is how on gods green earth you can sell something that costs so much to provide and takes so much time, for so little. The answer is the up-sell or the quality. Pricing information is extensive but no information on who wil actually be inserting metal implant into you skull, I would have thought that would be an important factor.

    Either way avoid.
