    Well I have always like most people wanted a good body and now i'm fed up and definitely going for it.

    I started 3 days ago, i do most types of crunches etc and also do leg and arm workouts, ANY help would be appreciated!

    I'll update this thread as much as possible about results etc.

    btw i'm 16, very skinny, don't weigh a lot and don't really have muscle at all so i'll keep those interested about my arms and what results i get after a few weeks of my own little programme and I also have a good diet full of protein and carbs and drink a lot of water so i'll let everyone interest know how it goes
