Meaningless game really at this stage.

Silva out injured, Kun back from his sore feet, Balotelli to do something stupid and RvP to score.

    1-1 draw

Silva not even on bench, strange as he has trained all week. Other than that full strength team. Even if they win I don't think it will matter in the grand scheme of things but would love to see City send out a message that they still give a **** and get a result today.

Would you still keep on Mancini next season?? I would. Sometimes it happens you get close to the title and then the following season, you finally manage to get over the line. It's all about the experience!!

Based on some simulations I've been running over the last few days Arsenal should win by 5.7 goals with a standard deviation of 0.6 goals.

Like every other managerial job, there's no point sacking him unless there's a better replacement available. I include King Kenneth in that, and look at Wolves.

Second by some margin is still progress in the league.

Would be more than happy with a draw tbh.

Balotelli to be booked at 5/4 and a red card in the game at 100/30.

I do think City have made progress this season. People will point to the fact they were so far ahead and they have thrown it away to an extent, but i think it would be madness getting rid of Mancini!!!

I'm not his biggest fan, but i reckon if the owners stick with him and keep that stability there, he'll eventually deliver the title!!!

His track record in the Champions League over the years could prove to be his ultimate downfall, however!!

As much as I sometimes hate sky, they do a good intro sequence.

Fancy United to win everything other than the match against yous til the end?

Absolutely, and even then they can afford another defeat. 34 points from their last 36 would back that up.

Also that means City would have to win every one of their games and that won't happen.

Silva is really not player he was earlier in the season. Has he been dropped ?

Must-win for Arsenal, they can still win the title race.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,919 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Mancini admits in the pre match interview that it's a must win game, a final if you will, and eight points will be too big a gap to close.

    Lose this, game definitely over.

After today, it is mathematically impossible for Arsenal to win, so it's a must win.

That's bizarre reasoning. No one honestly thinks Arsenal will win the legaue(apart from you perhaps). More important to them in regard to automatic qualification for the champions league next season.

They should play like they think they can, you must be of the Mancini school of thought.

Yaya you idiot, wtf was the point of that?!

They've been doing it a bit recently.

    Good start by Arsenal.
