    Hi guys,

Currently a member of Ben Dunne Lucan and i am happy with it. My training partner wants to move to BD Carlisle as he's moved house.

I'm going over to have a look some day next week but could anyone tell me what the weights are like of there? How many squat racks, is there much a wait for equipment, are there many benches?

    Thanks

There are two weights areas on either side of the pool. Asfaik each side has 1 squat rack, 1 smith machine, 2 benches with racks. Not enough adjustable benches, so you have to chose between flat & incline ones.
I only ever go to the weights area in the morning after school drop off and it's fine. I think in the evening it's a different story, anytime I have passed through at peak time it was heaving.
    Hth.

Guys side as two squat racks, two benchs and one incline bench, one lumberjack(?) machine(stick the bar into it and it pivots), assisted pull up machine, dip station with pull up bar, multiple flat benches with no rack and same with incline, also have two(could be wrong) fixed seats for shoulder pressing etc, seated shoulder press with a rack then a lot of assorted machines.

Girls side is much the same except it has one squat rack and two smith machines.
