HELP!! Best pillow for side sleeper?

I'm at my wits end with the pillows I have currently. I'm a side sleeper & spend most of the night turning the pillows over & plumping them up & I wake up in the morning with a really sore neck. I hate memory foam pillows, I find them too firm so those are a no no. Can anyone recommend a pair of medium>firm pillows…
