Serious stiffness and back pain

Hi just wondering if anyone could help me?? I've been in a car accident one year ago since the accident I've had serious stiffness and back pain im on tablets everyday I recently had an MRI scan on my neck it showed up clear, im confused nothing showed up and im in servere pain its ruining my life.

You need to go to a reputable physio, osteopath, NMT etc. (just a decent musculoskeletal therapist, if they just stick electric pads on you & that's the treatment, they're not decent!!) Chances are you've shortened muscles in chronic contracture & they need to be worked on along with other muscles connected along the kinetic chain (depending on what muscles are actually effected)

Thanks for that, its mostly from my shoulder blades down that really bad and standing for long peroids makes my legs go num, but they insisted I got the MRI on my neck.
