    Hi all
delighted to say i have been called for an interview for the Computer Applications course as a mature applicant for 2012.:D
I'm delighted to get this opportunity, but i have to say i am not very confident in the whole interview setting. I was wondering if anyone has any pointers on the types of questions they usually ask ??
also is there usually car-parking available on campus ?
    thanks in advance

As you enter from Collins Ave there's a multi story car park on the right opp the Business School ( I dunno what building you'd be going to, I'd suggest a dry run to find the building and so you know where your going , use the free 15min car park just before the multi story car park to get out and wonder around)

    As for the interview....
My interview was for a different course but I've heard Computer Applications seems to have the highest drop our rate on campus.

They might question you about commitment, your interest in the subjects covered in the course, your eagerness and preparedness for the work load plus the lifestyle adjustment.

( they hounded me in my interview about commitment and reminded that I would be taking a valuable place from someone else)

I hope this helps, Everyone I spoke to tells me of different interviews from, those like me who'd to scrap in to those who they were unsure of and simply want to meet them to confirm the place.

I wish you the best of luck but being called for the interview is a really good sign. Show them you are prepared for the commitment and that you've thought this through and you'll do great.
