Udo's Super 8 for IBS, anyone take it?

I'm just wondering if people are taking this how long they're on it and do they plan to stop?

It has done wonders for me in some respects but I still suffer a bit if I eat or drink the wrong things. And all the wrong things are the things I like :D

I'm just wondering if anyone went on it for 6 months and quit being back to normal? I'd much prefer taking 1 Super 8 capsule a day forever than going back to taking Colofac and Nexium all the time.

Ideally though, I would love to commit to a spell of eating and drinking well and taking Super 8 in the knowledge that I might come out the other side with my system 'reset'. Is this naive?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

its exact same as Holland&barrett 3 billion acidophillus :) i take that one and i find it excellent! give it aweek or 2 to seem it at best. make sure to keep in fridge after opening and dont drink anything hot or too cold with it as it may kill bacteria in it :)
i take mine everyday and have being since i first started taking it! there is no problem taking it all the time as every time you go to loo you lose so much of that bacteria so always good to replenish it!
afew weeks of healthy eating/drinking wont do any harm but dont see how it will reset everything when you go back to normal diet!
try keeping a food diary see what food are problematic is good thing to do! you'll be surprised what ya find! if ya find everything that is causing problems you could go back to somewhat normal :)

You could google them you know!

They are probiotics - helpful bacteria to aid your gut's normal digestion. Handy for people with IBS.

Sorry Dan, haven't been on for a while.

    This is Super 8 ...

You can get it in some pharmacies and health shops but not all. I highly recommend trying it if you're having gastro trouble.

I have used this and I found it really really good as I have IBS also. Just make sure you keep it in the fridge!
