CM Punk or John Laurinitus to open the show.

At some stage HHH, Taker and HBK will come out to show respect for each other........possible involvement by Lesnar.

Cena to come out to a hostile crowd with a bit of a heel like attitude...Rock vs Cena II announced for next year :o

At Saturday's Hall of Fame ceremony, WWE advertised a 10-man tag match for Monday's Raw the night after WrestleMania 28. The American Airlines Arena in Miami is listing the match as John Cena & Randy Orton & WWE champion C.M. Punk & new IC champion Big Show & new World Hvt. champion Sheamus vs. Mark Henry & Kane & Chris Jericho & Cody Rhodes & Daniel Bryan.

Agree with all that, although I wouldn't be shocked if we got Cena/ Rock part 2 at Summerfest, last few buyrates of it have been poor so they may want to give it something big this year.

really hope to see lesnar tonight, after the ending of his match last night maybe they could have Taker just about to announce his retirement and then lesnar's music hits.

That'd be cool then rehire Taz for 6 seconds or as fans put it a third a Bryan n Sheamus just to hear him say "well, here comes the pain" (naturally you'd fire Taz then straight away afterwards).

Miss the days of JR and King. According to JR every blow landed 'right on the sternum', and according to King divas were good for one thing and one thing only -'puppies!'. :D

I was really hoping Lesnar would maul Flo Rida there last night (a long shot I know), but given that I didn't see that I'd like to see Lesnar/Taker one more time, remember Unforgiven 2002? Chairshots galore...

Need to see Eve Torres tonight :D

The epic moment when she kicked Zack Ryder right where it hurts with her stiletto and then subsequently swaggering back up the aisle with her pouted smile and hand on hip really reminded me of year 2000 Stephanie McMahon.

I wonder whats next for CM Punk and the WWE Title?
    Jericho to get a rematch?
Laurinitis gives Miz a shot for getting the win for his team?
Some sort of No. 1 Contender tournament?
Will Cena be back in the title picture again?

I'm really enjoying this Eve character and she isn't bad in the ring. I supported Ryder when he had all that momentum but I prefre the Eve character and enjoyed that kick last night.

Probably won't get to see this Raw until Thursday as I've gone without sleep for 36 hours now and have a busy week in college but it will be interesting to see what happens with Rock Cena although from next week it will probably be back to the 'same old s#!t' from Cena.

Really looking to tonight's RAW, although WWE don't really hit the reset button until after Backlash. Really hoping for a solid show; looking forward to Cena (hopefully) keeping his Rock/serious character and not reverting back to his bad comedy self. Also Jericho/Punk to continue. Traditionally Extreme Rules is the actual payoff for Mania, so i'll expect Daniel Bryan/Sheamo to be booked either on RAW or SD for the PPV, and we'll get the match we should've gotten at mania :)

Just seen this on Jericho's Facebook page:

"I feel like I got run over by a truck - and in a way I did. The better man won last night. I guess its time for me to move on..."

Is it for real or he be trollin???

They still have the mash up at the Rock awards show, Punk is up for most metal athlete and Jericho is hosting. Extreme Rules is in Chicago I can see Jericho bringing Punks Dad and or Sister out on Raw soon.

I have a feeling there will be no Brock or Batistia tonight.

Triple H vs Shawn Michaels and Undertaker vs The Rock Wrestlemania 29 Main Events ???

    article link
    !cena-wrestlemania-ramp-642.jpg
The last we saw of John Cena, he was sitting on the entranceway of The Grandest Stage of Them All, with a look on his face that can only be described as, well … simply miserable.

It was nearly a month ago on the Raw SuperShow in Boston where Cena told The Great One, "If you beat me, I lose everything!" As The Brahma Bull still soaks in his monumental victory, Cena's silence has left us with pressing speculation: Has the 12-time World Champion really lost everything?

Someone who also knows what it takes to cope with adversity, WWE Tough Enough trainer Bill DeMott, admitted he has to wonder if Cena is still shocked by what happened Sunday night, but warned that it may light a spark under Cena to become an even more fearsome competitor.

"For Cena, he's always said it: he's not going anywhere," DeMott said. "Maybe this is the kick in the ass he needs for a new gameplan. They may have just awoken a sleeping lion."

Interesting wording. I always find wwe.com to be little hints to where they want to go storyline wise and think they have summed it up well as to where cena should go from here. The next chapter in the cena-era should be a very interesting one.

Is Rock going to stick around now or is he going to piss off again? Punk-Rock could be a very interesting feud.

Genuine question here from someone who was an avid wrestling fan as a young fella, but think I was bitten by the bug again last night. Would John Cena not have known he was going to lose anyway? Or what way does it work?

Probably is a retarded question for the fans of PW. But I'm genuinely just curious as to how scripted it actually is. I realise that I sound like a horrific troll, but I'm actually serious.

    Certainly seems so.

I think its still the same as before Baz.

edit: jumped the gun a bit..

Cant help but look past Cena v Rock II at Summerslam and Cena v Rock III at WM 29 with Cena getting the two wins thus overall getting the better of the Rock 2-1.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 547 ✭✭✭cocalolaman

Even though it wont happen this is the perfect time for cena to turn heel. Instead he's gonna talk about how this will make him stronger or some sappy stuff like that.:(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,283 ✭✭✭✭RobbingBandit

I hope they don't prolong it for another year, Cena vs Taker or even Zack Ryder next year could be good if played out right but not the Rock,it would be overkill.

Yes, WWE is incredibly scripted; down to every word they say, how long the matches are, what cameras to look at & when, the spots they do and the finish of the match. Very little is left to chance and everything is approved ahead of time by Vince. This varies depending on the company but we'll stick with WWE :)

There is a little wiggle-room at the top where Veterans can write their own promos but they'll still need to hand it off to the production truck so they know when it's over etc. The only things in matches that aren't scripted are the moves that transition in between big spots. If you saw a script of a WWE broadcast you'd be taken aback, it's very similar to a TV show/film script.

    My thoughts exactly! :)

SummerSlam 2012 : The rematch we were never meant to see!

WrestleMania 2013 : The End of another Era
