Hi, just wondering are there any relaxation techniques/ supplements I can take to help me feel more relaxed?

    There are numerous.

Rescue remedy/breathing techniques/meditation (don't laugh! They work if you practise them!).

Depends what you need though. Do you suffer from anxiety? You might want to visit your GP.

Hey, thanks for replies, tenseness is mainly an issue for my acting, although generally speaking I am bit tense... when I get stressed, I tend to overload.. if youss could be more specific in mediation practice that would be great.. breathing techniques is something I should try more of though.
