Iron store and folic acid deficiency

    Hi all,
Am looking for some ideas on how to build up my iron reserves and folic acid as my doctor did some blood tests and those two came back very very low.

I know that iron is red meat, liver, green veggies etc. But not so sure about the folic acid. And even better if I can kill two birds with one stone and get something for both .

    I'm starting taking supplements too.

Iron is red meat, folic acid is green vegetables.

Many breakfast cereals are fortified with extra iron and folic acid but I'd rather get it in good food.

The pregnancy section of chemists always has folic acid supplements, so that's worth considering too.
