apologies if this is in the wrong forum - feel free to move. I'm just wondering if under the Free National Cervical Smear Programme which states women between the ages of 25-60 are entitled to a free smear test, does this mean the test is free and I have to pay the 55euro doctor's fee... or is the whole visit free? thanks.
