So the beautiful sun is upon us and there are people eating magnums everywhere I look but at 260 calories I will have to pass!

What is the lowest calorie ice pop about?
A super split is 65calories but there is ice cream in it so there must be one lower.

And does anyone know how many calories are in a regular whipped ice cream cone?

I was surprised to see that a Solero has only 90 calories (http://www.loveicecream.com/uk_en/products/solero/solero/49/default.aspx).

McDonalds have a chocolate sundae at 275 Cals, so I guess a '99 would be slightly more because of the cone. A McFlurry is 365 Cals.

Maybe a Mr.Freeze would be lower than a Super Split? But then again it probably has more sugar?

Wow, really surprised that soleros are so low. That's great to know! I'm trying to restrict myself to 1200 cals per day so every little counts and all that. Would be nice to know I can enjoy the occasional summer treat and I love soleros :)

A McDonalds soft serve cone is 150 cals. Less than a sundae. Add a bit for a flake to make it a 99.
A 99 has less icecream and less chocolate than a MsDs sundae which si why its higher.
