    So here's the deal.

I'm a 24 year old male, 6ft 1 and 11 stone exactly. I play Gaelic Football (train twice a week plus usually a match at the weekend), I'm way under weight and I really need to put on some fat and muscle.

I don't eat breakfast as I cannot stomach food in the morning, I first eat around 10 where I'd usually have a sandwich and a piece of fruit, then at 1, I'd have my dinner in the evenings around 6 or 7 and snack on crisps, chocolate, etc throughout the day.

I was thinking maybe some sort of whey shake would help me out? Or what do you guys advise? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to this sort of stuff. :o

If you are clueless as you say, read the fitness and nutrition stickies a few times and then come back with whatever questions you still have

But you would be even better off, if you can afford it, going to a good Personal Trainer and getting a few sessions with them to learn the movements and exercises and how to perform them safely
