    Hey Folks,

Going to a Nutritionist on Friday getting close to the summer and am happy with my progress in the gym weights wise, So looking to try drop some body fat and get in decent nick within the next 2 months or so

Im curious do nutritionists generally take Body % percentages before people start their plans? As id like to see how much I can drop in 8-10 weeks or so.

Thanks for answering my question as its my first time going to a nutritionist!
