Do i need to get an RF111A form again for retaxing

Quick question, do you have to get a second RF111A (Goods only declaration) form filled out and signed by the Gardai when taxing a commercial again. I handed one with my Tax last year, do I need to do the same again.

You are not supposed to require to submit the documentation again if you are renewing an existing license.
