    Looking for advice on muscle areas to work together during a workout?
    Areas: Chest, Shoulders, Legs, Back (Upper & Lower), Biceps, Triceps, and Traps

    What are your goals? How many sessions can you manage per week?

    Session per week:
    • 2 days on 1 day off e.g Mon&Tues off Wed Thurs&Fri and either Sat/Sun
    Goals/Priorities:
    1. Lose small belly
    2. Strengthen core
    3. Get bigger Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Legs
    I'm 6ft 4 and 100kg

    Chest/triceps, back/biceps, legs, shoulders/arms. Alternate abs and calves.

    Another issue I have is with my TRAPS, 1 is at least twice as big as the other.
    I have worked the weak side more than the strong with Dumbbell Shrugs but there is still a big difference.
    Would you know of any other exercises I could do to work my weak TRAP?
