kinetica or 1.m.r...read one

    I took a protein shake this morning and it was grand (1st time using kinetica, strawberry taste LOVELY) and then later this eveing I took a sample of 1.m.r which gave me NO energy and made me crash really bad after 30 mins of taking it.
    I have diarrhea now and was wondering has anyone gotting diarrhea from either one of these products?
    I used different protein before with no side effects
    I used a pre workout before 1.m.r and just the crash happened

    Some people have different tolerances to pre workouts, some work for some people, some don't.

    May I ask why you were taking 1mr when not working out? I know it's a sample but the idea is still to try it before a workout.

    I do the weights at home m8 so I took the pre workout just before I start but 20 mins in I could feel my energy start to go like before so I stopped doing them.. I drink the protein shake in the morning.

    Stop taking 1MR. If you have same bowel issues consistently, then it's Kinetica (assuming nothing else has changed in your diet).
