Lowering Body Fat and Building Muscle ????

    I have a body fat of 22%,how can I lower this and build muscle and have the energy for two intense gaa sessions and a match every week???
    I have a strength training program from an instructor in my gym :)

    post yer program post yer diet
    height weight age etc for help

    but i'm gonna plug hanley cos he's not that bad when you get used to him

    do that diet thing he has and read his advice you can ask him questions and afaik it's all free

    seems fair

    Fix your diet. Simples.

    either post yours and people will point out the issues, or check the prreviosu threads. I'd say its almsot daily that this thread gets posted. And its alwas the same things that need to be changed.

    I would suggest cutting first doing cardio hiit etc, then building muscle, doing it the other way around is just wrong.

    I'm am just gone 15,I am 6 foot tall,I weigh 13stone and eight pounds(last june I was 16 stone 3 pounds and lost the weight on q diet of 1300 calories and a H.I.T.T session every morning and swimming twice a week covering about half a mile) again I am 15, and am studying for my junior cert so I could only make one session a day:) tbh all I eat is boiled chicken tuna pasta rice Pitta breads(all brown) fruit vegtables so for every meal I have q carb q protein and veg from that list,I have a treat in Sundays:) tbh it just getting hard now after constant dieting since last june???
