    edit* greenfarm, not farmfresh

Seen them today in Superquinn. 2 or 3 euro for a box of chicken. 26 odd grams of protein in it. Ready to eat cold. Just plain chicken.

Thought this would be handy if you're on the go and just need a quick dose of "protz"

Anyone eat 'em? Thought it was a bit too good to be true. Clean ready to go food in convenience stores.

Pretty sure i've had them and they're filled full of water and sodium. Best bet is check how high the sodium content is in them on the nutritional information.

What would be an acceptable level out of interest?

they usually have an "equivalent as salt" which should be under 1%
