Help with finding a writer

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on how best to go about sourcing a writer for a number of projects I'm currently involved with. It includes websites, some radio script preparation as well as other projects. Where would be a good place to look.

www.writing.ie is also a good place to advertise - lots of writers, both fiction and non-fiction, floating around.
