So I was meant to go to the gym today after work but I really felt too tired. Like, my legs are actually aching. In my job, I am on my feet all day in fairness. But other people manage it - so why not me?? I feel really bad now - but not bad enough to go now either,..

    any thoughts?

Unsure as to why you thought this was a Ladies Lounge thread.

Please let me know if you'd like me to move it to Health & Fitness
