Bulked a bit what's next??

    Just  to start a new programme , bulked up a bit the last couple of months but also bfat went up a bit but got strongggg !! Trying to lose a bit of bfat over the next 8-10 weeks for my holidays any opinions on this prog. Bit much bit less ?? Any  opinions will be appreciated!! Currently 81 kg 5'8 bfat 17- 19%   Would like to be abou 13% but big too........... Day 1. Bench press 5x5 one arm row 5x8.  Supersets.                                      Deadlift 5x5 leg raises 5x8.  Superset.                                             One arm shoulder press + tbar row 4x8 superset.                           Weighted dips + curls 4x8 superset.                                       Day2Squat 5x5.                                      Weighted step ups , ham glute raises 4x8.  Sset.                                         Dbell floor press , lat pulls 4x8.            Bbell complex as finisher.                 Day 3. Bbell push press , pull ups 4x8.         Incline dbell bench press , seated cable rows 4x8.                             High pulls , lat raises 4x8.               Isolation bi and tri .                               Will also be doing some conditioning and sprints

    How much have you bulked and what was your original body fat?
    Is this a new program, if not what was your progression like so far, it may still work for you.

    It's a new one I hadn't really a structured programme was lifting heavy for low reps only getting 2 sessions in a week ... I was a bit lower not sure... My diet is ok but gonna really get it close to perfect
