Reviber plus powerplate

Hi,
I just rented one of these for six weeks..
I'm not expecting miracles and I realise that all these things are to be used in conjunction with a healthy eating and exercise regime.
Just wondering if anyone has used this before?

Complete and utter waste of time/money.

I used to sell these. I can safely say they are a waist of time and money. You will burn more calories just going for a walk.

I always believed the calories/toning came from moving the plate upstairs, then downstairs after it started to crack the paint and plasterboard, then from the front room becuase the in-laws were coming and then to the shed.

I think this is a great little machine and my girlfriend also swears by it as it has given her great results as well.
