How to use weight bench ?

    Have a weight bench and I'm wondering as to the proper use of the built in dumbbell things in it. Cant find much googling it, think they may be referred to as fly's but not sure.

    When lying down flat there doesnt seem to be any way to use them unless you use your forearms and let the foam roll along to your bicep and then back again. But that just seems wrong. Whats the procedure here?

    Also whats the top part of the leg bit for ? Is it for legs at all or another arm workout ?

    dont bother with the fly attachments their a waste of time, i think you might be talking bout the rollers on the leg attachment they are there to protect the knee wen doin standing leg curls

    So just use dumbbells instead of the fly attachments ?
