Hey Im a 21yo male who is relatively fit but have been lazy and pretty inactive for the last 7/8 months now.I want to lose that bit of a beer belly ive developed and get back to the nice flat hard stomach I used to have.

I believe running to be the best exercise but I know I cant just get off the chair tonight and run 2 miles. So where should I start?

I know a good location which is roughly a mile of pathway.Im think run the mile and then walk back the other mile.Is this a good start maybe doing this 2 times a week for two weeks then raising to 3 then 4 times per week by the 6th week.Thoughts?

Running is not the "best" exercise for your purposes, but if you're going to stick with it above other things, it's the one to do.

Your fat loss will be dictated by the food you eat, not the exercise you do.
