Breast Cosmetic surgery

I have severely uneven breasts with one side very flat with very little fat - hardly an AA cup and the other being a D. I am 30 years old and this situation with my breasts has been there since I was a teenager.

It's something I hate and find very revolting and it is something I want to and need to fix.

I am sceptical about all that I read online about natural enlargement through pills, herbs and pumps. And it's not all that natural at all considering if it does work it is synethetic and would results be permanent? Somehow I doubt it because once you stop you run the risk of reverting to what you started with. If anybody has tried any of these methods and if it has worked please do let me know.

I was reading about cosmetic procedures and something that I am drawn to is a stem cell fat transfer and it's something I'm considering on taking further.

I'm not interested in implants because apparently they have to be replaced every 10 to 12 years.

The thread here on the ladies lounge on breast implants spurred me to write this and ask about this. How do people pay for such surgery? The procedure that I'm interested in and hopefully it will be suitable for me and my problem could cost 10,000 euro. If it's not available here in Ireland I'll have to go to the uk for it. Which is more money.

I have a job which I very much enjoy. It's lowpaid but it meets living costs with very little left over. I don't have a medical card and even if I did I doubt it would allow such a procedure. I don't have health insurance either.

Money is the only thing that is holding me back from this procedure that I so badly want and need.
