IT cert plays an important role in IT field.especially for college students and office workers, many people choose to use online study materials or reading books, maybe attending training classes, which one do you use?or you just self studying?talk about it freely.

For self studying, the MS Press self study books have improved in recent times. They come with some exam practice software.

I would recommend creating some virtual machines using free virtualisation software such as Virtual Box, and create a test lab. Evaluation copies of Windows Server available for download from MS website.

Also the Technet Library is free and really invaluable for further information on the topics.

Just a FYI, as far as I can see you can't use windows 2008 R2 with virtua box but all others seems to work.
