I have a friend that has recently been diagnosed with this disease. I want to cheer them up and buy them a cake. Was wondering if there is any bakeries in the city centre that would sell celiac friendly cakes.

    Thank you.

Its fairly specialized because of the risk of cross contamination if you make wheat based products in the same bakery. This place in Cork might be able to tell you were in Dublin you can purchase there celebration cakes.
