Something I've been wondering for a while, do you just do one arm rows on one side, or do you do one arm then switch over to the other?

I'm dyslexic and even I could read it properly!

I assume OP meant meant do you do left/right/left/right or just do all right side Nd then do left side

This, clearly. At the moment, I'm doing 5x5 with each set being 5 reps on one arm than 5 on the other. I wasn't sure if that's too much and I should be doing like 6 sets total and just 3 sets per arm

Makes no odds. From an efficiency stand point it makes sense to switch over as one side can be resting while the other is working.

    Silly question!

Better to ask a silly question than get a silly injury.

Not that I'm saying not alternating arms will give you an injury, just that when someone asks an honest question, it's a much better idea to stfu if all you're gonna contribute is derision.

    Alternate unilaterally.

If you're doing bench rows (lying face down on an incline bench) then both is ok, but standing up I like to do one arm at a time, swap over to the other arm once the reps are done on one side.
