hi anyone any info on setting land,what do i need to take to auctionner? fees ?lease lenths?any info be great.

we do it through a local auctioneer. on a annual lease the rentor pays him and for 5 years+ the landlord does (i think)
the ifa have a standard lease agreement. you can get it from teagasc i think , or contact the ifa
