can I do without the gym?

I've always been a gym addict. I usually would go 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes cardio and then some general abs/arms/weights...no classes just the usual stuff like treadmill, cross trainer or rowing machine. I would go for a run or long walk outside the other 2 days a week.
I can't really afford the gym membership anymore, so I quit 2 weeks ago. I'm worried that my fitness will take a turn for the worst.
However, I'm very dedicated and I've been going on 20-30 minute runs 3 times a week and walking home from work every other day (4km). Plus, I do press ups and sit ups at home every second day.
Do you think that's enough to keep my figure, which is at the moment in very good shape?
    I'm a woman in my early 30s.
    Any advice appreciated.

That should keep you in shape. Sounds like you're an active person.

Sounds good. But if you want more structured whole body training program that you can do at home, see http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056185716

There was a thread with some good home workout videos in it, though it was maybe a couple of years old. I'll see if I can dig it up.

    Edit: Yep, here it is.
