    Windows xp service pk3

    Hi all again.
    Strange one here.
The gold shield in system tray appears.
It says security issue identified in activeX controls/attacker could compromise the system etc.
There are 4 items to download.

Now then when I follow the link to get more info it says that those with 'updates set to automatic' have no need to worry as it will be automatically be done.
My computer is set for automatic updates so why are they sending this to me. There should be no need.
    Any thoughts?

    Thanks for reading.

    Disregard last post.
I didn't know they gave you a warning first. They were installed during the night and a restart was done automatically. :pac:
