Right before you all laugh I was thinking of getting the below. The reason is that I always neglect working my core/abs and I know that whenever I do sit ups I am not doing them correctly and strain my neck. I also suffer from backpain so I was hoping by gettin gthis I will do them properly and limit the pain and poor form I have doing them on a mat. Would you think it would be a waste getting one of these or by the off chance does anyone else have one and can they offer feedback. Or even if you have an ab workout device yourself can you offer feedback on it as to whether its worth the money. I undertsand I need to alter my diet and clean it up to reduce the fat around the stomach area but I rarely do sits ups to strengthen the mid section and was considering buying the below device or something similar to help me along. As mentioned opinons or feedback appreciated

Don't bother with sit-ups. There's so many better things you could be doing with your time.

Think it was mentioned here recently but get 'Convict Conditioning' by Paul Wade. All you need and then some...

don't waste your money on this device, clean up your diet first.

Use this guide to start http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/WaistWt.html

You may want to talk to your physio first about that backpain.
