From the Wikipedia article there is a lot of puff and PR and newspaper articles but next to no actual scientific research either for or against this treatment. The only actual published paper is a single 1996 paper which tested it combined with cognitive behavioural therapy, not on its own. So if I were on a tight budget I'd save my money for something with actual evidence in favour of it, rather than trusting in someone called "Justin Dreamz".

This is the second thread in the past couple of days that this persons name has come up on and Ill say the same thing here that I said on the other thread. Personally I wouldnt go near someone using a hokey name like Justin Dreamz.

I dont know anything about hypno gastric bands but would suggest using word of mouth recommendations for hypnotists as opposed someone who is heavily marketing themselves online.
