    Glad this looks to be finally sorted, was looking like another classic hibs humiliation for a while there.

    Butcher and Backpass wouldnt be my ideal choice but being realistic about who would even consider taking the job, we could do a lot worse.

    Great appointment for Hibernian I would think. It has to be admitted he done a superb job up at Inverness. If he does anything like that with Hibernian your lads will be up at the top end of the table before too long.

    Sluggish first half in which we could easily have been a goal down at half time.

    But we were the better team in 2nd half. Had about 6-7 corners in space of few minutes and should have done better with couple of those.

    Bar the cluster of corners I thought we were shockingly bad. Heavy tackles at the start, surprised we didn't pick up a few cards.

    Some good tackles by Thomson.1200 supporters was a good crowd to bring to St Mirren considering the results we've had.

    Happy so far bar that. Commentator was right. Just lack that bit more quality. Effort wise its been decent.

    Be great to at least be getting around 15,000 average on gates coming again. They were just under that when Mowbery and Collins were in charge.

    Hopefully its not another 20 years before we get near full house.
