help me connect samsung chat 335 to internet

hi there,i have a samsung chat 335 phone and im havng to trouble connecting it to the net through wifi,my sister has the same phone and she has no problem connecting.i can pick up the internet signal but when i click connect it says failed to connect to UPC network authentication failed. can someone please help me out…
