Kettlebell Classes

    I am a male. I go to these classes to get toned and get a 6 pack. Just wondering are they beneficial for this?

    Thy are a form of exercise. They'll increase the energy you burn liek other exercises.
    But nothing can magically give you a 6-pack. That involves shedding body fat. Which means you need to burn more energy than you consume.

    what are the kettlebell classes in westwood (sandymount or leopardstown) like

    recommended?

    kettlebells do give you a great workout; try mix aerobic exercise in with them and abb exercises and it works...i do 5 days a week...3 kettle bells 2 boxing and one..opps can't count weights...
