    Hi Folks,

Anyone suffering from this condition and how are you dealing with it. Had MRI scan's of both knees and left knee is worse than the right. Both have signs of Patella diease. Left knee is tender and hurts when going down hill and of course up.
I stopped running over a year ago due to this. Have been advised to stop running (Done), limit anything that hurts (Done). No squatting and the like (Done). The condition hasn't improved. Surgeon is lining me up for some injections to add fluid to the knee. Anyone have this done and what was your outcome. Also been advised that I could get vibration treatment and last resort is surgery.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Its painful and very frustrating.

I cant offer u any solutions except I found that 3 months rest has helped me a lot.

    Hope u resolve it.

Sorry horse, it's against the rules to offer/ask for medical advice. Good luck with your rehab, thread locked.
