Im trying to put a stop to the bad habit of grazing on biscuits and 'the wrong stuff' during the day and Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions for quick fillers or snacks that are less than 150 Calories?

My own favourites lately are the John West Tuna with a Twist packs, or 2 hard boiled eggs.

I'd love some creative tips though!

    Thanks!

Cucumbers spread with philidelphia or anything you would put on a cracker really, bit of hummus, ham or tomato.
a small piece of fruit. blueberries and some natural yogurt. Dont know if they would all be less than 150 calories but small and tasty.

I'm currently munching my way through 260mg of "purely pineapple" from M & S, delish and only 120 cals

Part tub of cottage cheese with herbs and/or spices mixed in maybe? Quite filling imo.
