Osteoporosis

    Friend of mine over the age of 60 has got osteoporosis with on going painful osteoarthritis, but employer does not want to recognised this as a disability, she is taking lots of painkilling prescribed tablets as well as medication for osteoporosis.

    Her main fear is sustaining a broken bones due to osteoporosis has it will it will be a long and painful time mending.

    Is osteoporosis and osteoarthritis considered to be a disability.:(
