    Hi all,
Aplologies if this is in the wrong place. Im wondering can anyone recommend something good to help with my energy levels. I find they are all over the place, and get bursts of energy when I least want it, and vice versa. I find myself nearly unable to move when I wake up, and it's totally dissolving my motivation to do anything.

I'm taking iron supplements (spatone) and this helped a lot, but I'm not sure if I'm becoming immune to them or something, but they just don't seem to be doing much anymore. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

What would be a general day in the life of yourself?

Diet, exercise, routine wise. Just need a little more info as these are the main areas where you could be going wrong (eating the wrong foods/not enough, not exercising correctly/enough, etc).

Consider changing or amending these to suit.

Do you notice a pattern when you have too much\too little energy? Like something you do or eat hours beforehand?

    I know how you feel,
I have been there mainly down to sinus problems but also recovering from an illness.
I take omega 3 and multi vitamins daily,I cut down massively on sugar and processed food.
But the biggest change in my energy came when I started loading up the green veg and since I have been taking organic wheat grass powder my energy levels are back to normal.
I swear by the stuff it's definitely made a huge difference to my energy levels.

Thanks for the replies. My diet is all over the place at the moment. I've been unemployed the past 6 months, so I don't think that is helping. I've had a constant sinus infection the past 12 months too which I'm sure using helping. The biggest issue is my intolerance to eating early. I simply cannot stomach food for about 2 hours after I am up. This is inturn draining me, so when I do eat, I'm starving.

Aldi has actually very good veg and a lot of healthy options to choose from.
Look into Neilmed sinus rinse, you get it cheaper on amazon, helped my sinus a lot and chronic fatigue is a condition of sinus problems.
You could also be slightly hypoglycaemic and really need to start eating food consistently every couple of hours, clean unprocessed food.
I swear by the wheatgrass order in iherb.com

Generally the longer you leave between meals the more you'll eat at your next meal (you end up with low blood sugar levels).

Then your next meal's gonna be awful because your body needs energy quick, or at least thinks it does (so you crave sugar).

You eat loads of food and sugary stuff, insulin is released in massive quantities, blood sugar plummets.

The cycle starts all over again.

The easiest solution is to eat a little often, try to avoid ever going "hungry" and bingeing as a result. Basing your diet off lean protein sources, healthy fats and lots of veg and a small bit of fruit is a great way to do that.

Have you ever heard of forever living products? I'm drinking aloe Vera gel and it works wonders for energy levels! Stabilises mood, strengthens immune system digestive system benefits and sleeping great! Highly recommend it:D an alternative would be ginseng or enchineacha .... But not as good as aloe drinking gel:D
